It’s your chance to shape, sculpt, and play with clay—however you like without a pottery wheel. No lessons, just hands-on fun.
Here’s the details:
We’re now offering open clay time for hand building on weekdays only, in 1.5-hour sessions. Each time slot is limited to 4 participants to keep the space comfortable. Reservations are required so we can have your clay and tools ready when you arrive.
The $40 per person fee includes 1.5 pounds of clay, two kiln firings (bisque and glaze), and your choice of a glaze color for one finished piece. All tools and materials are provided. If you make more than one item with your clay, a $10 fee will be charged for each additional piece to cover firing and glazes.
While we’ll provide simple guidance and are happy to answer questions, this is not a class—you’ll be working independently. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Finished pottery will be dipped in one glaze color and will be ready for pickup in about 2 to 3 weeks. We will send you a text when your pottery is ready for pickup.
If you’d like to come back and paint your pottery piece with underglaze paints, an additional $10 fee will apply to cover the extra glazing process and studio time.
