It’s your chance to shape, sculpt, and play with clay—however you like without a pottery wheel. No lessons, just hands-on fun.
Here’s the details:
We’re now offering open clay time for hand building on weekdays only, in 1.5-hour sessions. Each time slot is limited to 4 participants to keep the space comfortable. Reservations are required so we can have your clay and tools ready when you arrive.
The $40 per person fee includes 1.5 pounds of clay, two kiln firings (bisque and glaze), and your choice of a glaze color for one finished piece. All tools and materials are provided. A $10/person deposit is required to reserve the spot and the $30 balance paid at the studio.
While we’ll provide simple guidance and are happy to answer questions, this is not a class—you’ll be working independently. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Finished pottery will be dipped in one glaze color and will be ready for pickup in about 2 to 3 weeks. We will send you a text when your pottery is ready for pickup.
If you’d like to come back and paint your pottery piece with underglaze paints, an additional fee will apply, depending on size, to cover the extra glazing process and studio time.
*Please note that this is hand building only. We do not offer pottery wheel sessions for people who are not in one of our classes.
